The Company received notification on 9th September 2009 that as of 8th September 2009, Invesco Ltd had an interest in 1,774,800,018 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This interest represents approximately 24.88 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
