The Company received a notification on 14 March 2008 that as of 13 March 2008, Artemis Investment Management Ltd had an interest of 76,154,365 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This interest represents approximately 4.62 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
