The Company received notification on 14th April 2008 that as of 11th April 2008, Mr Denis O’Brien had an interest in 167,186,005 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This interest represents approximately 10.14 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Mr O’Brien holds 32,241,134 in his name and Baycliffe Limited holds 134,944,871 as nominee.
