The Company received a notification on 25 November 2007 that as of 20 November 2007, Invesco plc had an interest in 475,906,325 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This interest represents approximately 28.83 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
