The Company received notification on 8th September 2009 that as of 8th September 2009, Gartmore Investment Ltd had an interest in 386,109,112 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This interest represents approximately 5.42 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
