The Company received notification on 16th September 2009 that as of 15th September 2009, Gartmore Investment Ltd had an interest in 351,036,507 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This interest represents approximately 4.921 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
