The Company received notification on 8th May 2008 that as of 1st May 2008, Mr Denis O’Brien had an interest in 202,186,005 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This interest represents approximately 12.26 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Mr O’Brien holds 32,241,134 in his name and Baycliffe Limited holds 169,944,871 as nominee.
