The Company advises that Harry Wilson, Executive Deputy Chairman, has provided a charge over 9,500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each (“Ordinary Shares”) in the Company (representing approximately 0.41 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary capital) in which he is beneficially interested to Barclays Private Bank as security for a personal bank loan.
