The Company received a notification on 15 February 2008 that as of 7 February 2008, Mr Denis O’Brien had an interest in 149,682,403 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This interest represents approximately 9.08 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Mr O’Brien holds 27,332,032 in his name and Baycliffe Limited holds 122,350,371 as nominee.
