The Company received a notification on 16 January 2008 that as of 15 January 2008, Invesco had increased its interest to 480,906,325 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This interest represents approximately 29.14 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
